b. Partially Rendered Services: If we have started work on your project, but you are not satisfied with the progress or results, you may request a partial refund for the portion of the services that have not been delivered as per the agreed-upon terms.
c. Completed Services: Once the project has been completed and delivered to you, no refunds will be issued for the services rendered, unless there are exceptional circumstances as determined by BouMedia.
